Your responsibilities will include:
- Running client meetings, gathering business and functional requirements;
- Translating business needs into clear user stories and backlog items;
- Documenting requirements for mobile apps and web platforms (cloud-based);
- Acting as a liaison between the client and cross-functional team (PM, Devs, QA, Designers);
- Supporting the team during delivery: clarifying scope, priorities, edge cases;
- Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.
What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or product companies;
- Strong documentation and communication skills (you’ll be leading client calls);
- Experience working with mobile apps, websites, and cloud platforms;
- Ability to structure unformalized input into clear specs for the tech team;
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ - you’ll be working with English-speaking stakeholders;
- Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of analysis and delivery scope.
