Empat is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join us and take ownership of day-to-day office, people, and internal operations.You’ll play a key role in creating a comfortable, well-organized working environment, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing team-building activities and company events (celebrations, corporate events, internal activities);
- Organizing office days, including logistics, equipment, and small workspace improvements;
- Managing office improvements and coordinating with external vendors and contractors;
- Managing inventory and ordering equipment for employees;
- Collecting and organizing onboarding documentation, creating employee profiles in PeopleForce, Slack, and Notion, and granting access rights;
- Maintaining and supporting the internal knowledge base in Notion;
- Managing and updating the company profile on DOU;
- Administering and maintaining the PeopleForce system;
- Generating ideas, ordering, and distributing corporate gifts;
- Managing HR-related budgets;
- Payroll calculation and processing;
- Working with internal systems and CRM tools to keep data accurate and up to date.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, event management, or HR / People Operations (experience in the IT industry is a strong plus);
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level (must-have);
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail;
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to truly listen to people;
- High level of responsibility, structure, and a proactive mindset;
- Ability to multitask and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
- Experience working in companies with 200–500 employees (a strong plus);
- Experience working with CRM systems and internal tools.
