Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and highly structured AI Product Builder -Product Manager (Senior-Level) for one of our clients — a company that provides conversational AI and voice technology solutions to businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0 → 1 environments and is ready to take full ownership of mission-critical internal and partner-facing products.

This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions — you create clarity, drive execution, and ensure delivery. You’ll work at the intersection of business and engineering, building APIs, portals, and analytics systems from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous iteration;
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company priorities;
• Lead 0 → 1 product development across APIs, partner portals, merchant portals, and analytics dashboards;
• Drive third-party integrations and internal system alignment;
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and detailed specifications;
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business impact;
• Lead sprint planning and coordinate delivery cycles with engineering teams;
• Collaborate closely with design to ensure intuitive and scalable user experiences;
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions;
• Define product success metrics and track performance post-launch;
• Ensure structured documentation and cross-team communication;
• Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership;
• Proactively identify problems and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Experience owning a full product or major product area end-to-end;
• Proven experience building products from scratch (0 → 1 phase);
• Expertise with AI coding tools, building products / dashboards / portals via AI;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Ability to independently define roadmaps and drive execution;
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams;
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs and integrations;
• Experience delivering B2B or B2B2C products is a plus;
• Ability to translate complex systems into simple, intuitive user experiences;
• Strong stakeholder management and structured communication skills;
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-urgency startup environments;
• Experience collaborating with remote teams across time zones;
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
