Senior Python Engineer

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain Python-based MCP services and integrations.
• Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI or FastMCP.
• Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Participate in improving system performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.

What we expect from you:

• English level B2 or higher for effective technical communication.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Solid experience with MCP and prompting concepts.
• Proven backend engineering experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in distributed teams within the EU time zone.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Understanding of embeddings and evaluation (evals) workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation.
• Experience working with AI-driven or LLM-based systems.
• Experience with production-grade infrastructure and scalable services.
