About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the Dev Magento workstream on our project.

What You Will Do:

  • Own day-to-day project management on the Dev Magento workstream - ticket management, prioritisation, sprint planning, and progress tracking in ClickUp.
  • Be the team-facing PM: run regular management and prioritisation meetings with the dev team, keep delivery on track, and surface blockers early.
  • Provide regular, clear status updates to the client.
  • Bridge the gap between the revenue team and the engineering team, translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Ensure all tickets are up to date, well-defined, and properly prioritised so the team always knows what to work on next.
  • Proactively notify the client of team availability, capacity changes, and any delivery risks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development or e-commerce environment.
  • English B2+ — confident written and spoken communication with English-speaking clients.
  • Working in EU timezone.
  • Experience managing technical teams: ticket management, task prioritisation, and progress reporting.
  • Comfortable being the externally facing PM - running client meetings, providing updates, managing expectations independently.
  • Strong written communication: structured updates, clear meeting follow-ups, documented action items.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar task management tools.
  • Ability to understand technical context at a functional level.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Magento or e-commerce platform development.
  • BA experience
  • Experience working between a client business/revenue team and a development team.
  • Background in agency or outstaffing delivery models.
  • Experience on US-based accounts or with US stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The client no longer has to chase the team for updates — the PM owns communication proactively.
  • Tickets are always current, prioritised, and well-scoped before development starts.
  • Management and prioritisation meetings run on a regular cadence with clear outcomes and action items.
  • Risks and blockers are surfaced early — not after they have already impacted delivery.
  • The gap between the revenue team and engineering is closed.

We offer:

  • Interesting projects and challenges that will ensure your development as a specialist and as a person and also the acceleration of our victory;
  • Work in a team of creative, proactive and empathic people;
  • Full working day with a flexible and animated schedule for you, because the main focus is the result, not the time or place;
  • A comfortable, stylish and sunny office with a view of the city center (Chykalenka str) and the opportunity to work at home when you feel not so full of beans or just moody or lazy (with a generator and battery installation );
  • Lack of bureaucracy, regular feedback and support from colleagues;
  • Equal salary;
  • Trial period (3 months on average, but everything is in your hands, so go ahead!);
  • Fun parties, online-activity, picnics and more.
  • Vacations and sick leaves are paid by the employee.
