AI Agent Blueprint Workshop
Your team says "build an AI agent." We help you define exactly what that means - architecture, integrations, evals, cost model - before a single line of code.

Since 2013, we delivered
over 300 projects for 23 markets
This workshop is for you if your team is saying any of these things
What happens
A structured working session with your team and Empat's AI Architect, Tech Lead, and PM.
We challenge every "AI should do X automatically" assumption. Together we define where autonomous logic creates value, and where a human must stay in the loop. This is where most agent projects go wrong - we fix that on day one.

Single-agent or multi-agent? Which tools, APIs, and context does the agent need? What can it do on its own, and what should it only prepare as a draft? You walk away with a visual architecture diagram your engineering team can build from.

We model token spend and latency, write an eval rubric for output quality, make a build-vs-buy recommendation, and define a production-safe Phase 1 scope. The kind of document you can hand to any delivery team and start building.

What you walk away with
Not slides. Not "next steps." Real artefacts your team can act on immediately.
Agent Topology Diagram
Integration Inventory
Prompt / System-Message Strategy
Eval Rubric
Cost / Latency Estimate
Build-vs-Buy Recommendation
Phase 1 Scope Document

Things teams ask before they apply
Honest answers to what comes up on every intake call.
Who is this workshop for?
For product and technical teams that want to build an AI agent or copilot but haven't yet defined what that means technically - what the agent does autonomously, what integrations are critical, and what a realistic Phase 1 looks like.
Do we need a technical team on our side?
It helps, but it's not required. We run the workshop with whoever understands the business workflow best. That could be a CTO, a Head of Product, a VP of Sales, or a combination. We bring the technical depth.
What's the difference between this and a discovery call?
A discovery call lasts 30–60 minutes and produces a rough scope. The workshop lasts 1.5–2 days and produces a full architecture diagram, integration plan, eval rubric, cost model, and Phase 1 scope document. It's a working session, not a sales conversation.
Can we run the workshop remotely?
Yes. We've run this format both on-site and over Zoom with async prep materials. The output is the same — same artefacts, same depth, same hand-off-ready scope document.
Does the workshop cost money, and is it counted toward the build?
The workshop fee is discussed during the intake call and depends on scope and team size. If you proceed to a PoC or MVP with Empat, the workshop investment is counted toward the engagement — you don't pay twice.
What happens after the workshop?
We present a Phase 1 scope document and, if it makes sense, a fixed-scope PoC proposal. You own all the artefacts regardless of whether you build with us — diagrams, prompts, eval rubric, scope. They're yours.
